We do not collect personal information for purposes other than those listed here without telling you first.

Where we get personal information

From you, when you fill out a form, apply for financing, chat, call, text or email us.
From your browser or device, automatically, through cookies and similar technologies.
From lenders and credit bureaus, if you apply for financing and authorize a credit check.
From service and data providers, such as vehicle history and valuation providers and, where you allow it, advertising and analytics partners.

How we use personal information

Respond to your inquiries and provide information about vehicles, pricing and availability.
Process financing and pre-approval requests, including sending your application to lenders you ask us to work with.
Schedule and manage test drives, appointments and visits, and provide trade-in estimates.
Communicate with you about your requests and, where you have agreed or the law allows, about offers.
Operate, secure, debug and improve this website; detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
Measure and personalize advertising, only when you allow advertising cookies.
Comply with legal obligations, including record-keeping required of vehicle dealers.

Service providers that act on our behalf under contracts that limit their use of it — including the company that hosts and operates this website and its forms, and providers of email, text messaging, chat, spam protection. We disclose identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, communications and, for financing requests, financial information to them for these purposes.
Lenders and finance sources you ask us to work with when you apply for financing.
Advertising partners (Meta (Facebook and Instagram)), only when you allow advertising cookies — see "Sale and sharing" below.
Others as required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.

Cookies, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to run this website, and — only with your permission, where required — cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choice at any time on Your Privacy Choices. When advertising cookies are allowed, third parties may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.

Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising for the browser that sends it, and we show that it was honored on the Your Privacy Choices page.

Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard for the older "Do Not Track" browser setting, so this website does not respond to it. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.

Financing applications

If you apply for financing or pre-approval, the information you provide is encrypted when stored, used only to process your request and shared only with the lenders and finance sources we work with to obtain credit for you. Because arranging financing makes us a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, that information is also covered by our financial privacy notice, which we provide when you apply and which you can request at any time. We never send financing-application details to advertising partners, and advertising tags do not run on financing pages.

Text messages and phone calls

We call or text you about your request when you give us your number. We send marketing calls or texts, including ones made with automated technology or artificial or AI-generated voices, only if you agree — and agreeing is never a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text or message from us to opt out, or HELP for help; we also honor opt-out requests made by any other reasonable means, within 10 business days. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

Chat and automated assistants

When you use chat or messaging on this website, your messages may be answered by an automated AI assistant, which identifies itself as one, and are recorded and processed by us and our service providers to respond to you and follow up. Please do not share Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive information in chat. You can ask for a person at any time.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia — you may have the right to:

Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Receive a copy of your personal information in a portable format.

Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we use it only to process your financing request, which the law permits, so no further limit is needed.
Appeal a decision about your request by replying to our decision or contacting us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line.
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, use our privacy request form or contact us by phone or email below. For requests to access, delete or correct information we will verify your identity by matching information you give us with what we have; we do not ask for verification to opt out. You may use an authorized agent, who must show your signed permission. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need up to 45 more.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption of financing-application data at rest and in transit, and restricted staff access that requires two-step verification to view financing details. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. We review it at least once every 12 months.
