Your Privacy Choices

When you allow advertising cookies, Fred's Autos lets Meta (Facebook and Instagram) collect information about your visit — such as the pages and vehicles you view, device and browser identifiers, your IP address and, if you submit a form, a hashed (scrambled) email and phone number — to measure and personalize advertising. Privacy laws in California and other states can treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands.

• It takes effect immediately on this browser: advertising and analytics tags stop loading and stop sending.
• Forms you submit from this browser are not sent to advertising partners.
• It does not require an account, email address or any verification.
• It applies to this browser and device. If you clear your cookies or use another browser, opt out there as well — or turn on Global Privacy Control, which we honor automatically.
• We will not ask you to opt back in for at least 12 months.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, as required in California and other states. When your browser sends it, this page shows "Opt-Out Preference Signal Honored."

Depending on where you live, you may also ask Fred's Autos to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy. You can make these requests yourself or through an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Use our privacy request form or contact us using any of the methods below; we respond within 45 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.
